1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to PRASUK NEER ANUVRAT TRUST. By accessing our official website (prasukneer.com), registering for our devotional events, or utilizing our services, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please refrain from using this website or registering for our programs.

2. Event Registration & Fee Structure

• Registration Fee: The official registration fee for the Auspicious Spiritual & Anuvrat Sammelan 2026 is fixed at ₹8,500 per person.
• Inclusions: This fee covers designated lodging accommodation, sattvik meals, access to spiritual discourses, meditation sessions, and continuous Prasuk Neer facilities.
• Accuracy of Information: The registering participant is solely responsible for submitting correct details regarding name, age, city, and mobile/WhatsApp contacts. Any discrepancy may result in invalidation of the event pass.

3. Code of Conduct & Spiritual Decorum

All participants, attendees, and accompanying family members must strictly observe the sanctity and tenets of the trust:

• Strict Ahimsa & Prohibitions: Non-vegetarian items, alcohol, tobacco, smoking, or any intoxicants are strictly prohibited inside the event campus.
• Modest Attire: Devotees are expected to dress respectfully in traditional, modest attire suitable for spiritual contemplation.
• Discipline: Participants must follow the instructions of the trust organizing committee, schedule guidelines, and volunteer teams.

4. Non-Transferability & Identification

Event booking passes and reference numbers are issued on an individual basis and are strictly non-transferable. Every participant must present a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Passport, or Driving License) matching the registration record upon arrival at the venue.

5. Organizer Rights & Schedule Modifications

PRASUK NEER ANUVRAT TRUST reserves the right to modify session schedules, guest speakers, or accommodation allotments should operational requirements, security needs, or unforeseen circumstances necessitate such changes.

6. Limitation of Liability

The trust and its volunteers exercise reasonable care for the welfare and safety of attendees. However, the trust shall not be liable for any personal loss, theft of belongings, or medical exigencies arising from pre-existing conditions. Participants are advised to exercise personal vigilance.

7. Legal Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of event registration or trust operations shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
